お水はたいせつ🌿


本格的な冬到来!
冬は空気の乾燥がドッと増します。ゆえお身体も水分が足らなくなることが多くなります。
ので、夏はもちろんですが、冬こそこまめに水分補給を!!!!
水分は体内で、体温調節をしたり筋肉を動かす働きをしたりするほか、血液として栄養素を全身に運んだり、汗や尿として老廃物を体外に出すなどなどたいへん重要な役割を担っています。
 成人の場合、1日2~2.5Lの水分を失っており、運動をするとこの量はさらに増え、失った水分を摂取しなければ生きていけません。
ゆえ、なるだけ1日2Lくらいのお水を飲みましょ!
水分不足になるとお肌も潤い不足、体内も枯渇気味になりスムーズな体内循環を行いづらくコリや疲れや、さまざまな痛みの根源になったりもするのですよー。ので、コーヒーやお茶ばかりにならず、必ずお水を飲みましょ!!
コーヒーやお茶は利尿作用があるため、体外に水分を出す役割が強いのです、

なんて方も多いですが、ウーロン茶やコーヒーばかりを飲むと体内の水分不足につながりますので、
